Pros

REdirect Consulting is a very established consultancy (25+ years in business) in the Yardi, MRI, and broader prop-tech space. The depth of consulting expertise, long-standing client relationships, and strong reputation in the market are exactly what RE clients look for. With hundreds of Yardi and MRI clients, the firm serves both mid-market and enterprise organizations. From a sales and marketing perspective, it’s a great place to lead and build. There’s real ownership over the full pipeline, sales strategy, go-to-market approach, and collaboration with sales engineering and technical teams. The company encourages entrepreneurial thinking, innovation (including AI opportunities), and gives leaders the autonomy to shape how sales is done (client facing, strategic, relationship building, etc.).

Cons

The sales and marketing team is fast-moving, and highly skilled. Sales and Marketing work closely with leadership and delivery teams to ensure projects are properly scoped from the start, rather than creating a poor client experience where deals are sold without a true understanding of project nuances (such as Yardi implementations, ERP customizations, or business process reviews). While this can be a con for those who prefer a large, highly structured corporate sales environment with 50+ sales reps, it is a major advantage for individuals who value accountability, influence, and the ability to make a real impact.

Pros

I've had a really positive experience working at REdirect. There are so many opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges, and leadership is genuinely supportive of professional development. I've been encouraged to expand my skills and have had access to experiences that helped me grow in my career. The company also does a great job supporting work-life balance. Even as a fully remote company, people make an effort to stay connected, and I've always felt valued as part of the team.

Cons

Being part of a fully remote company means I don't get as many opportunities to connect with teammates in person as I would in a traditional office setting. However, the annual company summit is a fantastic opportunity to bring everyone together and build those in-person connections.

Pros

There are very few kind people that work here. It feels like highschool here. The “popular kids” gets the promotions and the respect for work they barely do. But the ones that work very hard every single day do not get the time of day at this place. I wish I had more nice things to say about this company.

Cons

-absolutely zero growth unless you’re caucasian, or a Zionist. - the “seniority” who are literally seniors. People only stay here because they’re comfortable and do not like change. -one of the principals once reposted a story on LinkedIn and then wrote “end them all”, or “finish them all”. He was referencing the genocide of the Palestinians. I quickly took a screenshot of it. Of course HR must’ve told him to quickly take that down. It’s not there anymore. -HR is not your friend, no matter how nice she may seem. Yes it’s only one person. She works for those that pay her and will side with them only. - they will pile work like it’s nothing and will not compensate you or see your hard work. -there are consultants here that genuinely needs to get fired. Horrible disposition, just horrible people. - I want to say they know what they’re doing, but they genuinely don’t. - Feels like an employee mill here -their PTO and benefits are a joke
