Seriously, think twice about working here, I will tell you why - Manager RF Technologies Employee Review

This is not difficult to figure out, but if you are considering working here you need to be very cautious and do you research on the owner. He is a poor businessman a sews fear and discontent even in his most loyal employees. Some of the things that happened there sickened me, they were reminiscent of a cat toying with a mouse until.... well you know. If you look at the history, RF has hired very good people (for the most part) and let them try to make things better for about 6 months to a year before they begin to be undermined. Often, (I observed) an executive make a decision that was agreed with publicly at the highest level and then privately the highest level would tell other employees to do it differently. The the fun begins! No one of good character can thrive in this environment, some cope and survive, but as you can imagine it reallly is not worth it to try until there are changes at the highest level. The facilities are old, poorly built, poorly maintained, and somewhat disgusting. This is not the fault of the employees for the most part, more due to no real $$ for upkeep. Market position is declining due to aging core products.
