Fun work, bad benefits - Anonymous employee RFA Engineering Employee Review

Thank you for the review! I'm sorry if you don't find our benefits to your liking, but our benefits do include 3 levels of HDHP, all of which are eligible for HSA savings, which we as a company will match a portion of an employee's contributions. As well on the 401k side, the company match exists for everyone who participates. I'm not sure we've ever correlated the 401K match to any sort of bonus, so not sure on that comment. Pay and PTO are commensurate with the low stress work environment from what we've seen.
