Pros

The road leading away from the place

Cons

Inconsistent shift patterns ,management sending out handlers with unlicensed dogs and threatening them with dismissal when they question this practice. Substandard accommodation with rent deductions not shown on the payslip , a distinct lack of privacy with management walking around your accommodation when you aren’t present and tampering with personal property, open hostility from the management towards handlers with prior handling experience particularly those from a military , police or civilian trainer background. Insulting emails sent out to employees and when employees want to speak with management over this they refuse to engage and actively hide in the office. Massive nepotism with management only in role through family connections and not skillset. Substandard training and terrible animal welfare. Unsafe and untaxed staff vehicles with no fans or other cooling systems provided for the dogs in said vehicles.

Pros

A variety of sites to operate and pay is good. Yes, I wasn’t living on the door step but I was there to gain experience and earn. RFA invests in training - instructor out amongst the team which is a huge positive. Training is also done at site, which personally is great as previous to RFA I had to arrange CT on my days off. There was an old school approach from management when it comes to standards. Personally I got on with upper management. I thought they were fair and supported me when I had some personal issues going on.

Cons

The schedule changing last minute was a pet hate and the kennel technicians were argumentative. I understand there’s a new team now.

Pros

The road leading anywhere else

Cons

RFA Security, once hailed as a beacon of safety and security, has now revealed its true colors. Behind the polished facade lies a company riddled with corruption, exploitation, and a complete disregard for ethics. The evidence of RFA Security's wrongdoings is staggering and paints a chilling picture of an organization operating above the law. From the rampant nepotism and wage skimming to the oppressive work environment, RFA Security has created a breeding ground for injustice. Employees are subjected to unfair treatment, with their rights trampled upon for the benefit of a select few. The company's callousness knows no bounds, as it shamelessly disregards legal regulations and safety protocols. But the horrors do not end there. Shocking evidence has emerged of RFA Security's flagrant disregard for the law and the safety of both employees and clients. Unlicensed dogs, controlled by unqualified handlers, have been unleashed upon unsuspecting individuals. This reckless practice not only jeopardizes the well-being of those involved but also exposes the company's utter contempt for basic decency and animal welfare. And now, after tireless efforts, the evidence of RFA Security's despicable dog abuse has finally been obtained. Disturbing images and testimonies reveal a pattern of cruelty and mistreatment inflicted upon innocent animals. These defenseless creatures have suffered physical and psychological trauma at the hands of those entrusted to care for them. It is a chilling revelation that exposes the true nature of RFA Security's callousness and lack of empathy. This abhorrent display of animal abuse, combined with the company's overarching culture of exploitation and oppression, leaves no room for doubt about the depths of depravity to which RFA Security has sunk. It is a stark reminder that they operate above the law, with no regard for the consequences of their actions. In conclusion, RFA Security stands as a monument to corruption, exploitation, and moral bankruptcy. The rampant nepotism, wage skimming, oppressive work environment, disregard for legal regulations, and now the documented evidence of dog abuse, all highlight the urgent need for accountability and justice. It is time to shine a light on the darkness that engulfs RFA Security and demand that those responsible for these heinous acts are held accountable for their actions. Only then can we begin to rebuild a world where integrity, fairness, and compassion prevail.
