Great Management, Free Snacks, Good promotion and a great learning experience

There are no cons at this place.

RGA Design is a great place to work. There are a lot of team building activities which helps foster teamwork and collaboration. Also, employees are rewarded for doing a good job. The owners and HR show their appreciation for the staff.

While this isn't a con, but I would suggest that management continue to work on remodeling efforts in the office.
