Pros
The variety of consulting assignments, the opportunity to learn new skills and experience different industries. If you want to be a consultant but need a benefits package this might be for you. The benefits are quite decent and include medical, 401(k) and paid time off. Also, you can take time off between assignments if you like.
Cons
You can not be sure that you will have another assignment when you complete your current one. At times, they will try to place you on a project that is not a good match for your skills. There has been frequent turnover of the client services staff and that has really affected them in the marketplace.
