Hands-On Training: I found the hands-on training provided by RGP to be invaluable. It equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in my role, contributing to my professional development. Autonomy and Work-Life Balance: At RGP, there was no culture of micromanagement. I appreciated the trust placed in employees to manage their workload autonomously, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Great Benefits and Location: RGP offers excellent benefits packages, and the location of the office was wonderful. It provided a conducive environment for both work and relaxation. Inviting and Friendly Team: Despite the small size of the team, I felt welcomed and supported from day one. The camaraderie among colleagues made the work environment enjoyable and collaborative. Cons

Uncertainty in Project Start Times: One of the challenges I encountered at RGP was the lack of clear direction regarding project start times. This uncertainty made it difficult to plan and prioritize tasks effectively. Job Insecurity: Unfortunately, my time at RGP was cut short due to unexpected layoffs. Despite my short tenure, the experience left me feeling uncertain about job stability within the company.
