      Pros

      Some good and talented people at the working level.

      Cons

      Leaders do not keep their promises Too many old timers hanging on to their jobs Ill advised acquisition decisions, lack of strategy, not much of a direction and vision from the CEO and the board. Inexperienced people promoted to key leadership role. All of this reflected in the declining share holder and stock price value over the last 12 months.
