Pros
- Very good working environment: a very collaborative environment, very inclusive with different people, genders, mindsets, cultures... - Multicultural environment. - You feel your superiors truly care about you (and I have the impression it is common in most of the teams, they seem to be very careful with whom they hire and promote). - Very innovative. - My experience is that managers listen to new ideas. - Very high-quality job demanded, which I think is positive. - Quite flexible with employees.
Cons
- Some projects can be quite hard and demanding. - Support, but not a lot of time for training, sometimes you must do it by yourself in your free time. - Not good for sloppy or non-collaborative employees: not a good place for people who cannot work in a team or do not care about quality.
