With all the Pros being said - This job best fits someone who is very money and career driven, who is willing to put in the hours and sacrifices. Do not take this job because you're just looking for a weekly paycheck, your not going to last long at all.
-Work life balance: You work long hours, it is what it is. If you have a hobby outside of work it's probably going to have to be put on the back burner for a bit
-Can be cult like: There's a large emphasis on going out with the team on Thursday's and occasionally Friday's. I understand it's important for team building and to show face etc. But at the end of the day, you spend enough time with these people at work, go home and do something else.
-Pay (was also a Pro): If your not pumping in spread for a while your hourly pay is going to be pretty bad when you break it down by all the hours you work. That also goes back to my previous point though where if you take this job for a paycheck then your screwed from the start.
