Cons
The starting salary for an experienced manager is way below industry standard by at least 20K on average, and needs to be reevaluated. A lot of the tasks we are asked to complete are busy work, with a short timeline for completion. Upper management gossips within earshot of employees causing a tense and toxic work environment.
