RICS is an organization where people who want to grow by learning and doing thrive. The company is in constant motion which is off-putting to some and thrilling to others. Change is our only constant.
Cons
The retail market is in a volatile evolution that will produce big winners and big losers. The work we're doing has above average uncertainty (but that makes it fun, too).
