Only come to RIMOWA if you are hands on and a team player, if you like to create solutions and if you are ready to sometimes push for your ideas. It is not the right environment, if you are mainly driven by money or status or if you are used to work with an assistant who is doing everything for you. We move quickly, so people must enjoy to be adaptable to change.
