      Make overtime as much as you can....no one will stop you

      No intention to appreciate their present assets. Realizing only what they've lost after everyone left the company.

      great discount if you have kids

      Cons

      no training hours are given when you hire new associates or management. Your just expected to catch on quick, and be held accountable. I have a hard time with this as people are my passion. I want to see other succeed and know I as their leader have given them all the tools necessary!

      Pros

      At one time before the merger this company had lots of work and would listen to their field operations guys, of course this is all not true now.

      Cons

      Lack of work and management has not pursued further income. Management has checked out and does not care about future of inspectors.
