+Very challenging to sell workspace during a pandemic +not really a con, but depends on your workstyle, leadership very structured and strong boundary setter. If you do not thrive in a structured work environment with rules, not a fit for you.

Everyone on staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Within the first week of me working here I was able to gain such valuable experience and insight from everyone else on the team. Very team oriented environment with constant streams of communication, so there is rarely a time where I've been left guessing. There are constant opportunities to grow in your position and improve your skills. The CEO and COO are such approachable and friendly women that I found zero difficulties in relaying any problems I ran into or ideas for the future. The work environment is also incredibly fun and inviting. The members that are a part of the space are inspiring to learn from and listen to, and are willing to help not only each other but the staff as well. RISE Collaborative is one of the most diverse companies I've had the pleasures of working for, best job ever!

Difficult to not fall in love with the job! :p (I don't have any cons)
