I can't say enough about RISE Collaborative Workspace. This is by far the most positive work environment I have ever been a part of. I am surrounded by inspiring women that choose to empower others each and everyday. This is a start-up company that has many moving parts—and this position may not be for everyone. You should be open to feedback and have a true willingness to grow; personally and professionally. That is one of the best parts of the job. You are always learning and there is so much opportunity for GROWTH. Management is incredibly supportive, they do EVERYTHING they can to set you up for success. Having strong communication skills and ability to take initiative is so important for success, as is should be in every job. I love this community and if you have the opportunity to work here…you should!
