      Pros

      Small firm means fast paced, with lots of stimulation and plenty to do. If accepted, you are part of the family, as versus a number. People actually care.

      Cons

      Compensation is not at the top of the scale for the job description. Many family members work for the company, so it can be unsettling.

      lack of focus and guidance. There seems to be a lack of structure, direction and communication.
