Pros

Young fun environment. Friendly staff. Lots of happy hours and sports events available.

Cons

They hire young professionals and provide little to no training and except you to work around the clock. Senior leadership is a joke. They say it’s an open door policy but as soon as you have an option that is different from what they try to portray you’re targeted. If you don’t hang out with them you’re outcasted. Not sure if the leaders know how to lead because all they seem to do is point fingers at each other when something goes wrong.
