Pros
Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow in the telecom industry. There are many facets interfacing telecom with ERP and the physical infrastructure of communications.
Cons
The telecom industry has it's ups and downs in staffing opportunities. This is not RJE's fault. It is the fault of the nature of the industry. Long hours when demand is high, and the risk of layoffs are present with the supply and demand of the industry.
