Pros
Work life balance is good. Good start for someone who wants to get into the industry.
Cons
So beyond outdated business model. Cold calling all day every day. Very little industry training. Office environment is not the best, silent all day long with minimal conversation. Compensation and benefits are also not up to standard. Nobody stays there for very long; they either get fired or quit within the first year.
