Pros
good benefits, ability to work remotely, flexible schedule, good amount of pto, relatively high level of autonomy in the creative department
Cons
Poor culture, employees play the blame game so they don't get blamed for a mistake and get called out and belittled by upper management in front of their coworkers. I've heard a number of people crying after getting chewed out. Too much personal gossip flying around the office that creates a hostile work environment. Required to work overtime in the fall and not compensated for it.
