      it was located close to home.

      Cons

      I told HR and manager that I did not feel safe working alone with an employee because of her temper. She would yell at me and throw things in the nurses stations. They never took me seriously. They did nothing to improve this situation or to help. The fact that I am literally telling you that I feel unsafe and you are not doing anything speaks volumes. I was then terminated because I did not want to work alone with her. There is a high turnover rate in all positions and rightfully so.

      Pros

      - Friendly, knowledgeable, engaged workforce - Great health insurance for employees - Generous retirement packages - High level of patient-centered care; continual observance of Best Practice guidelines - Compassionate administration comprised of former medical professionals and members of the local community - Multiple service types that communicate with each other to care for the entire person (Medical, Behavioral, Dental) - Multiple branches (11 sites as of this writing, not including school-based counseling) - Clean, organized, well-lit, professionally maintained facilities - High levels of HIPAA / HRSA / TJC Compliance - Occasional community involvement and outreach programs, including a summer camp for children - Diverse Board of Directors, some of whom are also patients

      Cons

      - Very busy schedules in certain departments - Few team-building / casual events - Third-party EHR / EMR support is weak (not their fault, but it can affect workflow)

      Clean facilities, boss was nice, lots of free lunches

      Volume of work too high, pay is low side , benefits not good.
