Great pay and excellent benefits

Long hours and a lot of heavy lifting

Cheap staff sales (although their products are rubbish they don’t last more than a year, but you get what you pay for)

Their wages are below average for the industry. The management pretty much treat you like crap if your face doesn’t fit or if you question any of their processes. They promote staff based on the ones that will become the managements puppets regardless of their competence to do the job. If you raise this with their manager you are shot down and they try to manage you out or bully you out. They do not follow their own processes that are in place yet have issues with you questioning it. This company want yes men or puppets to do what they say and not use their brains to think hang on this isn’t right
