Disappointing Leadership - False Follow through on "Core Values" - Anonymous employee RL Canning Employee Review

They do not follow through on their core values at all. They stress that you memorize them, but then when you review the values you'll have a hard time ever seeing their implementation. The leadership is also very iffy. You have some leaders that are looked at as dictators and others that never speak to you. It's a very toxic environment. Finally, they pay way to low for experience and work load. When you discuss pay they dodge questions and make excuses of why raises cannot be given.
