Poorly Run joke of a company - Senior Network Engineer RL Computer Solutions Employee Review

Everyone is a team here and is treated like family. This growing company is a privilege to be apart of and I can’t wait to see how my skills are continuously recognized and admired. There is a lot of room to grow here and long as you do what you’re supposed to be doing it’s all gravy. I love this job and learn so much. If you’re passionate or care about tech or just being a positive person this is a great place. All our techs are also great too and super helpful and team oriented.

None! I have to drive to work 35 min here but it’s well worth it.

Laid back enviornment Location is close

Too laid back... Went in guns blazing trying to make a name for myself and it intimidated them that I was able to clean up their ticketing system that had been a mess for quite some time. Found myself out the door a week later. Absolutely unprofessional. Made up a bunch of nonsense about me being abrasive and not listening despite me taking every step in my words and actions to make sure people understood me. Really wish I would have checked glass door before accepting.
