RMGS is the best company i ever worked at during my career path, I learned a lot of technical and business skills, giving the fact that all your clients are outside Egypt gave me huge experience in dealing with different cultures and gain knowledge from each project i was part of. being part of the BI team gave me the opportunity to be part of many projects, not just as a developer but also as a business analyst, where thinking of giving solutions to satisfy the client needs added years of experience to me as a BI Developer. Flexibility , financial stability, open minded management and friendly environment are the best positive sides i see at RMGS
Cons
You have to stick to a specific set of development tools, like SSRS as the only reporting tool and custom integration platform to do the ETL Tasks might be a burden, but this is for compatibility reasons with existing system.
