The partners and managers are very knowledgeable and committed to excellent client service. Flexible work arrangements available Great clients to work with - they are selective about which clients they accept. The firm always wants to improve and do better and I do sincerely believe it when the partners say it.

There can always be improvement in terms of remuneration, particularly for senior managers. In particular, the variable compensation was underwhelming this year. We need more trained staff/managers to properly delegate work.

Great training support, competitive compensation.

Time logging/reporting can get reductive, but common for industry.
