Company is top heavy. If you are someone who is looking to establish then this is not the place even if you have a proven track record of delivering elsewhere. There will be absolutely no value for work. Join at a level of Avp and above there will be some relief. Management has a very good track record or hiring and firing employees. You won't know who will get fired next and when it will happen. Management is over ambitious on their targets and expects employees to work 24x7 ( literally). They even sends cheap mails to the employees to work after working hours and on weekend. Willingness to work should come from within and not forced. Chairman gets involved in ever small decision of the company. They are literally bullies who wakes up during weekends and expects things delivered Monday morning. Bonuses gets distributed at the top level and nothing reaches people who works. You can also see specimens who have stayed in the organisation for a very long time and does nothing and getting rewarded in plenty. If you are someone who is ready to work all day and get treated like a slave then this will be right place.
