There is not a single pro which needs to be told. If someone is doing or the same pros then it means either they are forced, it is a fake profile or they are working there and has been asked to write positively.
Cons
- Pathetic working environment - No career growth, No learning - No seniors to guide you as the top management becomes middle managers and try to control it - Pathetic HR teams, they don't know what to do except calling people for presentations and then stealing their PPTs for ideas - Owners use mobile phones during interviews and make faculties feel terrible - No account office, they never had one until there was a TAX raid - Faculties are sent on no pay leave during summer vacations.. to save money - They deduct salary for 15th August also - Communicating & making fool of students by using wrong words in ads.. how can a university opened in 2015 became a top university in North India.. its all fake.. - They want faculties from top colleges with phds but at lowest salary.. - All the good comments about the university has been added by fake users nothing.. else.
