Pros
I joined the company originally last year and had a good first few months. I however was not sure if I was really helping my career move in the right direction which is why I decided to look at other opportunities. FYI I had been with a certain company for over 7 years before I joined RNF. Made the switch to the company away from RNF, only to realise what I had left behind. Ended up regretting my decision within days of moving and that feeling kept growing on me. I finally mustered the strength to approach my manager at RNF to take me back and to my utter surprise, they called me back in! I am not among the leading performers on the floor and look forward to growing with the company. Not sure if many companies are willing to take someone back in. The trust they showed in me was simply unbelievable!
Cons
I have had a few concerns and suggestions around improving the office environment which have been promptly received and corrected by the team. No outstanding issues/cons I can think of.
