>Work/responsibilities are not evenly distributed yet (flat organization), although change has been promised. Need more position/titles! >This also means some people can have more work-life balance at the expense of others >Compensation could be a bit more competitive for Austin metro area especially with inflation and housing market (under review by management) >Some more tedious tasks should be considered for automation
