      Relaxed environment living an out door life, building a stone yard from scratch and building a client database including the public and trade sector

      Cons

      The cold weather and season aspects which can mean you are very quite and trade comes to a holt purely down to the winter period.

      Pros

      You can come and go as you please. They buy breakfast every Friday. You can take as little as 20 minutes for a break.

      Cons

      They do not care about their employees at all. They have horrible benefits offered to you. It took me six months to get a promised three month review. Forced overtime.
