      Fue una buena experiencia. El lider que me tocó era una persona muy accesible, disponible para hablar los temas que fueran necesarios. Bien predispuesto.

      El onboarding fue muy rápido porque el cliente necesitaba avanzar con ciertos temas con urgencia. Inicialmente fue díficil, pero luego el clima mejoró.

      3 weeks vacation Argentina holidays paid Christmas "bonus" (one salary divided in 2 annually) Payment in USD

      Cons

      The manager/leadership area leaves EVERYTHING to be desired, they do not consider the human resource, they like to make you feel less and that you owe them something just because they pay in USD. You have no privacy, because they will call you on your cell phone at will no matter what happened. "Team building" does not exist in their dictionary.
