Pros
- Most coworkers were nice - Benefits as a full timer are good - Flexible hours as a part timer
Cons
- Have to be available all times as a full timer - They will tell you when hired that you get a full weekend off, and have to work one full weekend and two half’s. In reality you will be booked as many weekends as they want - No consistent schedule - Management looks out for each other and plays favourites - Management expects robots. You also will be harassed to help customers in the bathroom and on break. They don’t recognize people have lives outside of work and that can impact how you are doing - At my specific store the one manager will make so many people leave but because they are in with the store manager and the regional manager they are protected and allowed to mistreat their workers
