Pros
Employees are really good people and are nice to work with. Offices are very nice. Schedule is fairly flexible with the option to work remotely from time to time. The work is challenging and interesting, and with current expansion plans the future outlook is really good.
Cons
Workload is very heavy and is extremely stressful. It is simply impossible to keep up with the work and top levels of leadership don't seem interested in doing anything to address it. Things have gone down hill since leadership changes happened just over a year ago. Until that point, I would have highly recommended ROI, but in the past year the work has increased tremendously and it's become obvious that only male coworkers get promoted while female coworkers just get lateral moves. When female coworkers have complained, they've essentially been told to just deal with it. On top of that, new hires with no experience are hired in at much higher pay than employees with years of experience. Very disappointing when it used to be such a great place to work. It used to be a fun environment, but people rarely leave their offices anymore because they're to busy to take even a short break.
