Pros

free coffee and snacks, working laptop

Cons

This is a terrible company to work for. Seeing all the recent “Good”reviews, it looks like the man behind the curtain is up to his usual shenanigans again. It’s the same cycle over and over. This company’s business strategy is to basically throw spaghetti against the wall see what sticks at the expense of any new hires or business relationships. Here’s how the CEO runs the company: Launch multiple products without strategic end goals, bring in fresh talent, have unqualified managers hinder progress so that nothing ever gets accomplished, fail to meet directly with any division heads to support progress, throw temper tantrums when nothing goes as planned, wipeout entire departments and then lay low for 12 months. Then start it back up all over again. I once sat in your seat, considering employment and reading reviews on glassdoor. I knew I was a good employee who could benefit the company. And I very wrongly assumed all negative reviews were fired employees with some crazy psycho grudge. They were not. I wish I had taken their opinions more into consideration and never taken a job here. I deeply regret I gave of my time and my career to work for a company and a CEO who will NEVER understand how to make good business decisions or succeed at what he is trying to accomplish. The money’s there, just the brains, the leadership and the strategy is completely lacking. If you’re considering a job at RP Funding, Robert Palmer Companies, Listing Power Tools, Listed.com and any other RP-associated company, read all reviews. Dive deep – history tells the truth and truly represents this company’s representation in the local market. Any “good” new postings are just being submitted to bury the bad.

Pros

we were allowed to work remotely

Cons

There was no training given. Manager was a micromanager. She always talked over us. We were never allowed to ask questions I told him. I was recommended for my hard work, and instead of giving me a raise they told me I would have a pizza party with the CEO and then he rescheduled. It was very unorganized.
