During my nearly two-year tenure, I was consistently impressed by the humility and accessibility of the leadership team. The C-suite leaders make a genuine effort to know every employee by name. This isn't limited to the headquarters; it happens during active site visits in the field and at holiday events where they make a point to engage personally with spouses and significant others. Honestly, it is difficult to find a traditional "con." The only thing to note is that because the company is so dedicated to mission success, the work is fast-paced and the standards are high. If you are looking for a role where you can just "coast," this isn't it—but for those who want to be challenged and supported, it’s the perfect environment.
