Literally everything else. The executive team should just move to Vegas and start a new magic show at one of the casinos they frequent because that is all they are good at. Smoke and mirrors. They don’t care about anyone at all. Commissions keep getting cut, the best leaders have all either quit or have been removed for earning too much, and the current employee base is overworked and very under appreciated. Have a family? Not at RPM. Sick? Not at RPM. Don’t even get me started on the harassment or lack of anyone to go to about it since there is no HR and everything gets swept under the rug.
