The "common" people are amazing to work with. The plant manager and very knowledgeable and will help you in any way. The health insurance is fantastic.

Do not think that you can go to HR for a problem because your private information will be leaked. They allow work place bullying. It is very stressful to work in the office. No room for advancement. What you are hired for, is where you will stay. No matter what they promise.
