This was the worst job I have ever had. They are hiring because people don’t want to stay there. The service desk is a revolving door. They expect you to be on call once every 4-5 weeks where you have to wake up at 3am to help some arrogant workaholic reset their password. The newbie techs and the senior techs are all irritated all the time because the management literally expects you to put that job above everything else in your life for low pay.
