      Pros

      Most of the employees are great people to work with and the industry in itself is interesting.

      Cons

      New Sr. Mgmt. has no regard for the experience which help grow the company and the H/R Dept. is not a resource at all this combination will ultimately be the demise of this company.

      The team was like a family. Everyone worked well together.

      Company merged with another company, and a lot of positions were eliminated.

      Was sold to KIMCO in January of 2024 and a lot of employees were laid off
