Cons
It was a family business where the owners were great to work with and they treated employees very well. They started to expand and the more money they made, the less attention the workers received. It didn't matter to them that you had been a loyal employee for 10 years only to find you meant nothing to them at all. The worst was being told by a supervisor to hurry up and get out, as she had a lunch date. Then literally walked you to the door, started throwing your stuff into the trunk of your car.
