      OK place, some confusion in Management - Anonymous employee RRMM Employee Review

      Pros

      They are very current in software, you won't be working on a 4 version old illegal copy of AutoCad.

      Cons

      RRMM is a partnership, so working there you have 7 or 8 bosses. They rotate CEO's which increases the confusion. If you are not a partner, you ain't squat, your option is of no value. If you are not an architect, there is no way to advance in this company. Well, one exception is the CFO, but then Architects are not good at finances so that makes sense.

      Pros

      RRMM Architects is a wonderful place to work with a great group of talented Architects and Designers. I worked on variety of interesting projects and my colleagues were always willing to help when needed.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons for this company. The only reason I left was because I had to move out of state.
