Pros

The company is respected in the industry and does some really great work. Lots of good leaders who really try to take care of their people. If you work hard, you have opportunities to advance in certain teams and business units.

Cons

Lack of diversity. Lack of advancement opportunities. Leadership that vehemently opposes work-from-home and believes that butts in seats are more important than setting clear expectations and trusting their team to meet expectations. A very messy reorg that created unnecessary attrition. Lack of transparency, especially in HR leadership. Retaliatory behavior from the CEO and former VP of HR in violation of the FLSA. Terrible pay and benefits. Micromanagement of PTO and work schedules. Pushback from the CEO on recognizing MLK Day and Juneteenth.
