Dear Sir / Madam, your comments do not depict the real scenario within the company. For starters employee who deliver are handed quality revisions. The comment that increases are "€500 or less or no hike" is a complete fabrication aimed at tarnishing the company's reputation. We boast of excellent resources across the company in general, hence all departments are critical to the existence of the company. Different departments pool in together to assist each other: mentalities that question need of other departments do not align with that of RS2. As for no retention policies, and change averse we would beg to differ. We have an open door policy with HR and higher management constantly accessible. Any issues are discussed openly and in an environment that leads one to discuss freely concerns.
