Pros
You can do nothing and nobody even knows. Working 8 hours with and hour lunch. Coming in late leaving early and nobody cares.
Cons
No direction. Hr loves to gossip instead of actually being a resource. Very political. Over paid management. Union holds on to the weak. If hr doesn't like you there will be a target out on you.
