Pros

Benefits are decent. Exposure to mid size clients

Cons

I cannot stress the lack of D&I effort. They have had a national CDI manager for over 3 years now. There has been very minimal changes. In a sea of interns, you see less than a handful of minorities. For national intern day, no minorities were in the picture and there was only one female. In addition, they just throw you into projects without proper instructions or mentoring and expect to have results.

Pros

If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

Cons

Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
