Pros

Overall culture was great with good caring people. Loved the charity work. Lots of opportunity to get engaged with your colleagues for great reasons (charity, new hire, etc.). Lots of great learning opportunities as well.

Cons

In my department the leadership sets you up to fail and then bully's you until you're out of the company (whether you leave by being bullied out or whether you're pushed out). Within 1 year, the department lost 6 FTE's (out of a department the size of 6 employees. Only 2 original team members. ). Does not consider that the people you hired may have some good guidance and experience to share. They're too busy being important and knowing it all. Work life balance is non-existent. Lots of nights and weekends.

Pros

If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

Cons

Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
