Pros

Nice building and decent cafeteria.

Cons

People, culture and management structure. They treat their administrative staff like 2nd class citizens and empower the so called administrative managers to rule with little education and a ton of ignorance. The managing partners are only interested in themselves and the associates run around acting like under age privileged school children. The HR department is laughable. This is merely the Baltimore office. Who knows what madness lurks in other cities. Two thumbs down. Stay far away from this place!

Pros

If you are in the right team, with good seniors and good managers you will have a good time with the work. Hybrid was a very nice touch, they were pretty good about allowing you your two days at home if you wanted them. Benefits were decent

Cons

Very, very team dependent. A ton of seniors seriously don't want to teach at all. I remember coming up, and even after I was a senior, listening to people complain so much that they got a first year, and they did not want to teach them or didn't have time to. Its a huge popularity contest on if you get good jobs or not. Partners will make you work the most crap jobs and keep all the good jobs for their favorites. They use and abuse people so often. Got laid off 1 day after the busy season.
