      Pros

      People are very knowledgeable. Not very micro-managing with your work-hour schedule as long as you get your work done on time and meet the chargeable goals.

      Cons

      Office politics (favoritism). Minimal work-life balance during busy season. Not enough teaching and coaching on jobs.
